Our products are made-to-order and we do not hold any inventory. Therefore we do not currently accept returns.
However, we do offer one size exchange per item as we understand sizing can be tricky, as well as exchanges on manufacturer defects if they arise.
Our Production Model
Every item in our store is made specifically for you. We don’t hold inventory — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Our products are created through a print-on-demand partner with facilities around the country. When you place an order, your item is produced on demand, just for you.
This means we’re able to offer a wider range of products without waste, but it also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges the way a traditional retailer might. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ve designed our policy to be as fair and straightforward as possible within that model.
Size Exchanges
If the item you received doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of your delivery date.
*Please note that we do not offer any size exchanges on items that are only available in one size.
How It Works:
- Exchanges must be received by us in a new or unused condition in order to qualify.
- Exchanges are available for size only (same item, different size). We are not able to exchange for a different style, color, or product.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Return shipping for items to be exchanged for size is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item to be exchanged, we’ll produce your new size and ship it to you — free of charge.
Damaged • Defective • Wrong Items
Because every item is made to order, we take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.
To submit a claim, email info@eoanu.com within 7 days with:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- Any additional details about your order
*Please note that items with general wear, wash damage, or that don’t meet personal preference (outside of a sizing issue) are not eligible for a return or refund.
Important Notes
All requests — exchanges and return claims — must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. We’re unable to accommodate requests made after this window.
