How our products are made
Every item in our store is made specifically for you. We don’t hold inventory — nothing sits on a shelf waiting.
Our products are created through a print-on-demand partner with facilities around the country. This means your order is printed and shipped from whichever location is closest and most efficient.
When you place an order, your item is produced on demand, just for you. This means we’re able to offer a wider range of products without waste, but it also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges the way a traditional retailer might. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ve designed our policy to be as fair and straightforward as possible within that model.
How do I track my order?

When will I get my order?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3-7 days, after which they're shipped out to you. Estimated shipping times are usually between 3-4 business days.
My order should have arrived by now — what do I do?
Before reaching out to us, we'd appreciate it if you could run through these quick checks:
- Review your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct
- Contact your local post office to see if they're holding your package
- Check with a neighbor in case the courier left it with them
If everything checks out and your package is still missing please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
